Advertiser Content Guidelines

To ensure an optimal experience for both publishers and advertisers, we strictly enforce the following guidelines. The guidelines listed below are not intended to be comprehensive -- our staff must approve each ad before it runs on the network and we reserve the right to withhold approval for any reason. Once an ad is approved we reserve the right to remove it at any time. Advertisers should consult an attorney prior to launching a campaign in order to ensure adherence to all applicable laws. To ensure an optimal user experience, ads must redirect to mobile-optimized sites since the ads will be delivered to mobile phones.

Prohibited Content (either in Ad or destination URL):

• Content that may be deemed as infringing upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent
• Any content that is false, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise violates any applicable law, rule or regulation or advertising or marketing code of practice
• Allusions or references which wrongfully pass off other advertisers, products, services or items as affiliated or associated with, or approved, licensed, endorsed by a third party
• Strategic commodities including without limitation firearms, ammunitions, fireworks or bombs
• Alcohol / Tobacco / Drugs
• Sexual Content
• Nudity (full, partial or implied)
• Prostitution (direct solicitation or implied)
• Violence to humans or animals
• Anti or Hateful Speech
• Firearms
• Ads that result in an automatic download including jar/jad files
• Defamatory, libelous, slanderous content
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, illegal substances, products, and activities
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Promoting illegal contests, pyramid schemes, and chain letters
• Deceptive products and services
• False advertising
• Content which is otherwise offensive or objectionable, in our sole judgment
• Gambling
